I always feel like I never fit in anywhere. It's quite frustrating. Even online I have a hard time connecting with people. I'll see others talk to eachother and make connections, but it just never happens with me.
In person is even more difficult. It doesn't help I live in a tiny town and the town I go to for playgroups is filled with preppie moms. I know they think I'm the wierd one. That doesn't bother me. I know I'm far wierder than any of them! :lol I just want to be able to have a conversation with them at times though. I try to start and they will walk away or whatever.
Most of my friends now are in the SCA. I think we have a common bond that most of us are the odd one's out and don't quite fit in. So that is nice to have them.
