She gets herself dresses now which means she likes to pick out what she wears. So those green socks that go really good with the pink pants and orange top, is something she'd pick out. Eh she's happy and clothed. She even remembers underwear and socks and shoes.
So she dressed herself and we realized we were going out to a rummage sale. She was in underpants. She'd gone out once before in underpants. At home it's been a while since an accident. (so you know where this is going) Yup at the rummage sale and sure enough I look over at her and she's peed herself. Thank goodness for mommy remembering to pack a change of clothes, just in case!
When we got home I tried to take a nap with her in the big girl bed (my old bunk bed). She wasn't having a nap. Earlier she had made a "bed" for Dora on the ground with a pillow and blankets. She decided she wanted to go sleep with Dora.... which didn't last long either.
I had moved her pillows around when i took a nap in her bed. When she went to bed at night she was unhappy to see the pillows not like she liked them. She came to find me. With an upset look she says to me, "Mommy, I need to talk with you." She explains to me that I moved her pillows and she does not like them moved how I had them and I should have put them back. Ah such a grown up girl.
